Return period

We apply a 30-day return policy . You have the option to 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Any request made after this deadline will unfortunately not be accepted.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • be New, unused and uninstalled

  • be in its original packaging

  • include all parts, accessories and documents

  • to be accompanied by proof of purchase

Products showing signs of use, installation, or damage will not be accepted.

If your request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions .

The returned items without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

THE Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the following cases:

  • defective product

  • Product damaged upon receipt

  • shipping error on our part

We strongly recommend using a Shipping service with tracking number , as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • winches used or installed

  • products damaged by misuse

  • products custom orders or special orders

  • products without original packaging

  • gift cards

  • items on sale or clearance

Exchanges

We do not engage in direct exchanges.

The fastest way to obtain another product is to:

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you if your refund is approved or rejected .
