Wire Rope Hoist

This company is specializing in the preservation of built heritage and urban infrastructure.

Objective: To design a hoist of superior quality to what was available on the market for use in scaffolding. That is to say, increased reliability in the brake, a grooved drum to preserve the life of the cable, a continuous duty motor.

Specification:

  • 200 feet of lifting capacity at 1000 lbs and 100 feet of lifting capacity at 2000 lbs
  • Wireless remote control and wire
  • Power supply: 240V single-phase

PTO Hydraulic Winch

Client: HG Technical Service, Mascouche QC

A company is specializing in well rehabilitation.

Objective: To design well piston equipment. A hydraulic crankshaft oscillates a cleaning brush. The cleaning brush oscillates over a 1-meter stroke but can descend to a depth of 100 meters using a hydraulic winch.

Specification:

  • Crankshaft stroke of 1 m
  • Frequency of 30 cycles per minute
  • Maximum load for oscillation: 1000 lb
  • Crankshaft mast lifting capacity of 3000 lb
  • Hydraulic winch with 100m cable
