ETD Series Industrial Electric Winch | Specifications | Capital Winch

The ETD series winch is designed according to ASME B30.7-2021, Winches: Safety Standard for Cableways, Cranes, Derricks, Hoist, Hooks, Jacks, and Slings .

  • For use with a cable with a safety factor of 3.5:1.
  • A drum/cable ratio of at least 15:1.
  • A three-phase, continuous-duty AC electric motor. Various voltages available (575V, 460V, 400V, 230V and others).
  • A helical gear reducer with a minimum service factor of 1.0
  • Electromagnetic brake applied by spring and released when the motor is activated.
  • Tension roller to hold the cable in place when there is no tension.
  • Sealed bearing.
  • Steel structure, welded according to CWB W47.1.
  • Powder-coated finish, blue color.
  • The cable is sold separately.

Options:

  • Winter kit 1 (synthetic oil, engine heater, electric panel heater, brake corrosion protection).
  • Disengaging the drum to manually unwind the cable.
  • Motorized cable guide for uniform cable winding.
  • Grooved drum

Control panel (sold separately)

  • NEMA 4 grey painted steel case.
  • CSA approved.
  • Disconnector.
  • Remote control with up, down and emergency stop buttons, with 10 feet of wire.
  • Bracket for direct attachment to the winch.
